7/18/10 The weather was awesome and in the high 80's at Auto city Speedway this past Saturday.
The Chevy powered #22 was taken to a personal team record at 15.74 qualify time, placing 8th out of
the 15 car field. In the heat race, the 22 car, on old tires, moved from the back row and took 4th at the
finish of the 7 car race. In the 40 Lap Feature race, the 22 car started on row two, out side, and held
that position for about 10 laps. At lap 18, in sixth place, problems plagued the 22 car, which turned out
to be a flat tire on the right rear. Team Plan B got ready and took action to change the tire in the pits
during the caution on lap 24. Starting in the back we made it through the night in one piece, ending up
finishing in 10th place. Thanks to all the hard work by a great team and sponsors, on such a hot night
of racing. Mike

Checkered Flags Wave On Team 22
8/2/10 Overcast skies and the possibility of rain was in the air at "The City"
Saturday night. There was a strong 21 car field to qualify, and Team 22 turned
a 15.89 to make us 15th fastest. In the 8 lap heat race, I kept the #22 in the
race by holding to an easy third place until lap 6 when the two front cars got
tangled up in each other, wrecking them out at that point. This put the #22 in
front for the final two lap shoot out. Car 22 held off the other cars and claimed
the checker flag for the first time in 2010! In the 40 lap feature race, the # 22
started in the ninth row and wound up with a great 9th place finish for the night.

A Hot Double Header For Team 22
8/15/10 Hot is the only way to call it. Team 22 was pulling double duty by running the 40 lap Auto City Super Stock race and
the 60 lap ProLate Model invite race at Auto City Speedway this past weekend. In the ACSS race, I qualified 10th in car 22
at 15.91 out of 14 cars (fast time was 15.52) In the ACSS heat race I started 3rd and finished 3rd and in the 40 lap caution
free feature, I took 10th. In the ProLate invitational, I qualified 10th with a 16.74 out of 19 cars (fast time 16.35). (Times
were different here because we had to run smaller tires on the cars.) The 22 car started on the pole in that 60 lap feature
race. It was the first time running on these type of tires. The adjustments made were good and the 22 car ran very well after I
learned how to drive on these different type of tires. The race was very eventful for me and a good learning experience.
Thanks to Team 22 for the hard work in the pits and friends and family for coming out to cheer us on. Mike

10 cars showing up for this night of racing. (fast time was 15.50) In the ACSS heat
race #22 started in the 2nd position and from the flagpole pulled out front to hold the
lead all 8 laps to collect a second heat race win for the 2010 season!
